Highland Ability Battery definition of an introvert as contributed by howlingdesign: “Find yourself somewhat drained of energy after you’ve spent a good part of your time interacting with others – no matter how skilled you are at it.”,

which I agree to as I’m pretty sure I have old personal posts here pertaining to this.

I also agree with Cathy on her view of her introversion:

“Introvert in general but extrovert when I’m with my close friends as well as when I blog.”

It’s easier to talk with friends than complete strangers because they already understand — or at least I deluded myself into thinking? — my quirks (i.e., how my brain works).
