Oscar snubbed The Dark Knight for a Best Picture nom. Argh! How could they? (And so that’s the reason for the title of this post.) Thank God they included Heath Ledger in the list… If they didn’t, I sure smell some sort of conspiracy.

Heath Ledger comes in third, propelled by the suddenness of his tragic death and impressive performance as Joker in The Dark Knight.

One of my favorite actors, Christian Bale, has been charged with assault by his mother and sister in his native UK. He’s now out on bail after having been arrested after the premiere of his box-office record holder The Dark Knight.
