I am surrendering to gravity and the unknown.

It’s no secret that I’ve been generally unhappy the past few years. I attribute that to the fact that I was (clinically undiagnosed) suffering from depression three years ago. One more medicated peaceful moment.

I can’t help listening to A Perfect Circle’s Orestes. And I can’t help marveling at its lyrical brilliance. The arrangement is seductive and addictive, especially when Maynard sings, “One more medicated peaceful moment…” But, really, it’s the lyrics that blow me away.
